Hahaha... Sarah Palin Lies to Dumbass Conservative Base

This is the person many believe will emerge as the leading Republican candidate for president in 2012.

From an article in the Huffington Post:
On Friday, Palin posted a message on her Facebook account warning that "death panels" would be set up to encourage euthanasia -- a wild and baseless complaint that has grown popular in conservative circles.
(emphasis mine)

And here is her quote (also from the Huffington Post)
"The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama's "death panel" so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their "level of productivity in society," whether they are worthy of health care," Palin wrote. "Such a system is downright evil."

She's nuts! She's crazy! Or she's very, very shrewd, and is aiming to inflame a bunch of drooling good-ol'-boy Todd-types, perhaps to organize them into some sort of voting block. Good luck with that. And meanwhile, the press is reporting this garbage as if there's a hint of truth to it, thus spreadin' the word to more of the army of hee haw's and whoo doo's who might just believe it.

Or maybe Sarah's just being manipulated by others... Cheney/Rove/Rumsfeld casting her as some sort of yahoo Mary Magdalene who's going to defend her pore ol' damaged lil baby against all comers, and who can mouth the lies even Karl Rove wouldn't get caught dead saying, but that will be guaranteed (they think) to be heard by the GOP's conservative base.

What they don't realize is that base has already been betrayed-- and they know it-- by the health care industry. And I don't believe they're buying it, even when Sarah Palin posts it on Facebook.
